A <120 mmHg systolic target: –25% major cardiovascular events and –27% all-cause mortality versus <140; SPRINT-MIND found –19% mild cognitive impairment.
Caveat

More hypotension, syncope and acute kidney injury in the intensive arm; diabetics were excluded.
