Eggs dangerously raise cholesterol.

Dietary cholesterol barely moves blood LDL in most people (the liver compensates); an egg a day didn't raise heart disease in cohorts. But “hyper-responders” (≈25%) and diabetics react differently — let ApoB decide, not dogma.
